Basicly our objective is to win tournaments with our sub-teams and use the funding to bring new and anxious players with high potential onto a paintball field. Basicly each sub team consists of about 5-10 members and a membership fee is obtaind monthly from the group. A small percentage of aquired tounament money will be obtained after a tournament. A player who wants to join will rent thier own equipment & they must have a referal from an existing member. THEY MUST FIND A SUB-GROUP NEEDING MEMBERS! after this has been completed a mandatory field ranking will be given allong with an oral exam covering evrything from marker care to tactical knowledge. Any person who would like to play paintball and dosent have the money can join by signing up for the newbie fund! after a field evaluation to determine the potential of the player, and if the player has achieved a level 3 rank (pro potential) they may sign up for this fund. Basicly we will purchace for them an entry level marker from our assoicates at ppp(permium paint ball products) and evrything else they need 2 start (mask, co2 &hopper) and the value of thier marker is passed on to them ,therefore evry time thier membership is paid(bi-monthly) a fee will be added to membership to pay for thier marker. with low intrest of 5% wich goes back to thee team member to get an evean lower price on paintballs :D

As for sponsorships ANYONE who is a member and brings one in will gain a ercentage of thier sopnsorship in adition to the way thesponsor ship will come back to them e.g. paintballs jerzeys service on marker......
a sponsorship under 200$ gives 20%
a sponsorship over 200$ gives 30%
Management consists of 3 members who must agreee on the management of funds so rest assured the team WILL be getting better nd better with the more sponsorships brought in.
